1. Who we are

VORL ("we") operates the online store vorl.store, including its content, features and products (the "Services"). The store runs on the Shopify platform. By browsing or buying on vorl.store you accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Who can buy

To buy you must be of legal age and provide truthful and complete contact, billing and shipping details. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you enter.

3. The product

VORL COOLDOWN is a cosmetic product for facial use, not a medicine or a medical device. It does not treat, cure or prevent any disease or skin condition. The information on the website is descriptive and does not constitute medical or dermatological advice.

The colour and appearance of the product may vary slightly from the images on the website depending on your device's screen. The full composition (INCI) is printed on the card that comes with the product and also appears on the container.

It contains fragrance (Parfum). If you have known allergies, check the INCI before using it.

4. Orders and acceptance

By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase. VORL may accept or reject it; the contract is concluded when we confirm acceptance of the order by email. We reserve the right to limit quantities per person or to cancel an order where there is an obvious error in price or availability, notifying you and refunding the full amount.

Products are sold for personal use, not for commercial resale.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT. The valid price is the one shown at the time of placing the order and reflected in the confirmation email.

Shipping is included for mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, and for the European Union countries available at checkout. For other destinations, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout before you pay.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify. VORL does not store your card details.

6. Shipping and delivery

Orders are prepared and shipped within 24–48 business hours of confirmation (Monday to Friday). Delivery times are carrier estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

7. Returns

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please note the hygiene exception that applies to unsealed cosmetics.

8. Intellectual property

The VORL brand, its logos, texts, images and designs are owned by us or licensed to us, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. You may use the website to browse and buy; you may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit its content without our written permission.

9. Permitted use

You may not use the website for unlawful purposes, introduce malicious code, extract data in an automated way, impersonate others or interfere with the operation or security of the service.

10. Third-party links and services

The website may link to third-party sites (for example, social networks). We do not control their content or policies and are not responsible for them.

11. Relationship with Shopify

The store runs on Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. Purchases are made directly with VORL: Shopify is not a party to the sales contract and is not responsible for the products.

12. Liability

We are liable for damages caused by the breach of our obligations in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes the rights that consumer law grants you as a consumer, which prevail over any contrary clause.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version applicable to your purchase is the one in force at the time you make it. We will always publish the current version on this page.

14. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence in accordance with consumer law, and you have access to the complaint and mediation channels provided for in that law, including the EU online dispute resolution platform.
