Use
After training, once you've showered. Step 01: a few drops of serum on a clean, dry face; spread until absorbed, avoiding the eye area. Step 02: a thin layer of gel on top. Two steps, under a minute.
It's not a skincare routine — it's recovery. VORL COOLDOWN covers what training does to the skin of your face in every session. If you already use sun protection or another product at a different time of day, VORL doesn't interfere with it.
It's designed for after training, but your skin doesn't rest even if you do: sun, wind and cold are still there. On rest days, using it still makes sense. Consistency is what makes the difference.
The formula is designed for all skin types and the full INCI is printed on the card that comes with the product. It contains fragrance (Parfum). If your skin is reactive or you have a known allergy, check the INCI before using it and, if in doubt, ask a healthcare professional.
Format and duration
60 ml in total: 30 ml of serum (Step 01) and 30 ml of aloe gel (Step 02), in separate compartments inside the same container. Each dispenser delivers only its own product.
It depends on how often you train and how much product you use each time. Once opened, the recommended period of use is 6 months (PAO symbol printed on the container).
Orders, shipping and returns
Yes. For this first batch, shipping is included in the 49 € across Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands) and the whole European Union. The Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are not served for now.
Orders are prepared and shipped within 24–48 business hours of confirmation (Monday to Friday). You'll receive the tracking number by email as soon as it leaves.
With credit or debit card and with the digital wallets available at checkout (Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay, depending on your device). Payment is processed securely through Shopify; VORL never stores your card details.
You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase, as long as the product arrives unopened and with its seal intact. For hygiene reasons, an opened cosmetic cannot be returned, as set out in Spanish consumer law. If the product arrives damaged or isn't the one you ordered, write to crew@vorl.store and we'll sort it out. Full details in our refund policy.
